Effective November 1, 2026 · Version 3.0
These terms govern your use of NDAA Shop at ndaashop.com (the "Site"), operated by Allied Industries ("we", "us"). By using the Site, signing in, or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.
NDAA Shop is a catalog of drone and robotics components made in the United States and allied countries, with information on each part's country of origin and its status under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), the Trade Agreements Act (TAA) and the Blue UAS program. Through the Site you can request quotes and request full catalog access.
The Site is intended for businesses, research institutions and government buyers. It is not a consumer store.
Allied Industries is an independent company. NDAA Shop is not a government website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by the U.S. Department of Defense, the Defense Innovation Unit or any other government agency. Product names, manufacturer names and logos belong to their respective owners.
Labels such as "NDAA verified", "NDAA declared", country of origin, TAA and Blue UAS status are our assessment of public sources available on the date we reviewed them: manufacturer statements, datasheets and published government lists. Our research is partly assisted by AI tools; people review every listing before it is published. We cite sources where we have them and mark unverified information as such.
Regulations and government lists change, and manufacturers change their supply chains. A label on the Site is not a certification, warranty or legal opinion that a part complies with any law, contract clause or program. Before you rely on a label for a procurement, bid or compliance decision, confirm it in writing with the supplier and with your contracting officer or legal counsel. If you believe a listing is wrong, tell us and we will review it.
Submitting a quote request does not create a purchase contract, reserve inventory or lock any price shown on the Site, and it does not oblige us or any manufacturer to respond or to supply. We may decline any request.
If a request leads to a purchase, the sale will be made under a separate written quotation, order or agreement, either between you and the manufacturer or distributor, or between you and Allied Industries where Allied Industries supplies the parts. That document governs price, payment, delivery, warranty and returns for that purchase and prevails over these terms if they conflict. Product warranties come only from the manufacturer, unless Allied Industries agrees otherwise in writing.
Prices on the Site are list prices taken from public manufacturer or distributor sources on the date recorded with each part. Prices without a source are marked as unverified. Actual prices, taxes, shipping and lead times are set in the quotation you receive. We do not guarantee any price shown on the Site.
Some catalog content requires signing in and holding access. Sign-in is provided by our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account.
Access codes are issued at our discretion, are for the person or organization they were issued to, may not be shared, sold or transferred, and are valid only for the period shown when they are issued unless we extend them. We may suspend or revoke a code or an account at any time, including for a breach of these terms.
We do not currently sell subscriptions on the Site. If we offer a paid plan in the future, its price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown before you pay, payments will be handled by our payment processor, and you will be able to cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods.
Quote requests, access requests and catalog access are available only to (a) individuals resident in the United States, and (b) organizations formed in the United States or in a qualifying country under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), including Japan. By submitting a request, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The Site may not be used by or for any person or organization that is located in, organized under the laws of, or owned or controlled by a government or national of a country designated as a foreign adversary or a country of concern under U.S. law, including China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Russia, Iran, North Korea and Cuba.
If we find, before or after accepting an order, that a request came from or is destined for a person, organization or country that is not eligible under this section, including where it was placed through a freight forwarder, reshipper, purchasing agent or other intermediary, we will cancel it. In that case we will refund the amounts you paid to Allied Industries for that order, unless the law requires us to block or withhold them (for example under U.S. sanctions). We do not refund or reimburse fees charged by third parties you chose to use, such as payment service, bank transfer, currency conversion, freight forwarding, customs brokerage or purchasing-agent fees.
We may decline any request, restrict access or close an account at our discretion, including to comply with law or to protect our suppliers.
By using the Site and submitting any request, you represent and agree that:
Suppliers we introduce, including Japanese manufacturers, are subject to the laws of their own countries, including Japan's export screening and its Three Principles on Transfer of Defense Equipment and Technology. A supplier may decline a request that U.S. law would allow. Supplier decisions are outside our control.
You agree not to:
The Site, its design and software, and our selection, arrangement, research notes and compliance assessments are owned by Allied Industries and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to view and use the Site's content for your own internal sourcing and procurement purposes. All other rights are reserved.
Part names, manufacturer names, trademarks, images and datasheets belong to their owners and are shown to identify the products. If you are a rights holder and want content changed or removed, contact us at the address below.
The Site links to manufacturer, distributor and government websites, and may introduce you to suppliers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, conduct or terms. Your dealings with a supplier are between you and that supplier, except where Allied Industries is itself the seller under a written agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allied Industries will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, contracts or procurement opportunities, arising from or related to the Site, even if advised of their possibility. Allied Industries' total liability for all claims related to the Site is limited to the greater of the fees you paid Allied Industries for use of the Site in the twelve months before the claim and one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and does not apply to a purchase governed by a separate written agreement.
You will defend and indemnify Allied Industries against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Site, or your use, export or resale of parts obtained through the Site.
We may change these terms. The version and effective date at the top of this page show the current terms. If we make a material change, you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you submit a quote request; continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time. Sections 2, 3, 8, 9, 10 and 12 to 14 survive termination. We may assign these terms, including to a corporation formed to operate the Site or to a successor to the business, and the assignee will then be "Allied Industries" under these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with any written agreement for a specific purchase, are the entire agreement between you and Allied Industries about the Site.
